After patients have completed mercury amalgam removal and/or total dental revision, it may be appropriate to begin a Chelation therapy regimen to further remove the heavy metal toxic burden from the body tissues. Chelation therapy utilizes either oral or intravenous chemical agents to clean the body tissues of toxic substances. Dr. Evans, Dr. Nordin-Evans and Dr. Carney do not direct chelation therapy at this time, but do work with many alternative medical practitioners and physicians that are well versed in the benefits and protocols of numerous chelation products. Please ask for a referral to a practitioner in your area.
