Payment and Insurance

Payment:

Payment in full, at the time of service, is expected for any dental or spa service.

At Groton Dental Wellness Spa we offer several payment options:

Cash or Personal Check
Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Care Credit Medical/Dental Card - Care Credit offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free payment plans, and extended financing up to 48 months. You can ask anyone in our office how to apply or you can apply online.

Insurance:

For those individuals and families fortunate enough to have the benefit of dental insurance, we will gladly help you submit your claim, but we DO NOT accept assignment of benefits. This means that the payment from the insurance company will be sent to the patient, and not to the dentist. Most claims can be submitted electronically allowing for a very quick reimbursement directly to the patient.

Please be assured that we will work with you to insure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled, but we caution that reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care.
